Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 10, 2026

Vegas Patch Pros is an owner-operated drywall repair business serving the Las Vegas area. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website or contact us about a repair.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate, we receive your name, phone number, ZIP code, project description, and any repair photos you provide. If you email us or arrange work, we may also receive your email address, service address, scheduling details, and related correspondence. Photos may contain identifying details or embedded information such as the time or location where they were taken. Please send only information relevant to your repair and avoid including people, personal documents, or sensitive details.

Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and requested pages to operate and protect the website.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to assess repairs, prepare estimates, respond to your request, schedule and perform work, maintain related business records, and protect against misuse. Sending an inquiry asks us to respond about your project; it does not enroll you in promotional messages.

Repair photos and form delivery

Our photo form uses Contact Form 7 on our WordPress website hosted by Spaceship. Submitted photos are processed temporarily on the website for delivery as email attachments to the business. The form plugin is designed to remove its temporary upload files after processing. Copies received by email may remain in the business mailbox and backups. We do not automatically add estimate uploads to a public gallery.

We ask for permission before publishing customer photos on our website, Google profile, social media, or other marketing channels. Sending photos for an estimate is not permission to publish them.

Service providers and disclosure

Hosting, security, email, and phone providers process information as needed to provide their services. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or prevent fraud. We do not sell customer information.

Cookies, measurement, and external services

Website software may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions, security, administrator sign-in, and remembering your privacy choice. Our privacy-choice setting is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. You can change it using the Privacy choices button in the footer.

With your permission, we use Google Ads to measure successful estimate submissions and clicks on our call and text buttons, and to understand which advertisements lead to these actions. A button click does not confirm a completed call or text conversation. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser/device information, page address, advertising click identifiers and cookie identifiers, and the action performed. Our conversion events do not include your name, phone number, project description, or repair photos. We do not enable enhanced conversions using customer contact information or personalized advertising through this implementation.

The Google advertising tag does not load until you select Accept measurement. Declining does not prevent you from requesting an estimate, calling, or texting. We honor a detected Global Privacy Control signal by leaving this optional measurement off. You can withdraw permission through Privacy choices; this stops future measurement by our implementation, but does not undo information previously sent. Browser privacy settings and ad blockers may also limit measurement. Our preview website blocks conversion events so test requests do not count as advertising leads.

Google processes measurement information under its own privacy practices. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We do not sell customer inquiry information. Advertising measurement involves sharing the technical information described above with Google only after your choice to accept.

Links to Google reviews and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Calling or texting uses your phone or messaging provider; standard provider charges may apply.

How long we keep information

We keep information while reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, provide service, maintain useful job history, and meet legal, tax, insurance, or dispute-related requirements. Our retention review targets are two years after the last contact for inquiries that do not become jobs and seven years after completion for job records and relevant repair photos. These are review points, not automatic deletion deadlines. Relevant records may be kept longer for an ongoing customer relationship or a specific legal or business need. Photos approved for marketing may be retained while used consistently with the permission given.

We previously kept inquiries and photos without a fixed deletion schedule. Older records are subject to these reviews as we implement this policy. Removing information from an active account does not necessarily remove copies from backups immediately; backup copies may remain until replaced or expired under the provider’s retention process.

Your choices and privacy requests

Contact info@vegaspatchpros.com to ask about information you provided, request access, corrections or deletion, raise a privacy concern, or request that we stop using a photo for marketing. You may also submit a request not to sell your information; we do not sell it. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required for legal obligations or needed for disputes. We will explain any applicable limits when responding to a request.

Security

We use HTTPS for website connections and take reasonable steps to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please do not submit payment card numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive information through the estimate form.

Policy updates and contact

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. For privacy questions, contact Vegas Patch Pros at info@vegaspatchpros.com or (725) 777-2554.
